To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please send your unused item back to the address below and include a note with your order number and your email address letting us know if it's a return or an exchange.

Please keep your tracking number for reference. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

We will accept back any item (unless it’s listed as non-returnable) within 30 days of purchase and must not be worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition and in original packaging with tags.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

Accessories are ineligible for return. Original shipping and return cost is non-refundable.
